4nthracite is a cross-platform desktop DAW built with Tauri, featuring 26 generative instrument tools synced to a shared BPM clock and mixer. Learn more at 4nthracite.com.

First make sure you're on the latest release. If it still won't launch, email us at support@metallicode.com with your OS version, app version, and (if possible) a screenshot or console log — this lets us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.

Projects, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device in the app's standard user data directory for your operating system. 4nthracite does not upload your project data to any server.

Genius Eye Guard, Audio Karate, Egg Timer, Memooo, Cappi-Paste, Cenzor, Gorgias and SpeakSmart. Each has its own info page linked from the Products section of our homepage.

Try removing and re-adding the extension from the Chrome Web Store first. If the problem persists, contact us with the extension name, your Chrome version, and a description of what's happening.

No. Our extensions are built to run locally in your browser wherever possible and do not sell personal data to third parties. If a specific extension's page states otherwise for a particular feature, that page takes precedence.
// web apps

Most of our web apps (Bill-Em-All, Local PDF Redactor, ChatGPT → PDF, and others) are free to use in-browser. ClickKing is a subscription SaaS product with its own pricing, available at clickking.io.

For purchases made through an app store (Apple App Store, Chrome Web Store, etc.), refunds are handled by that platform under its own policy. For direct purchases from Metallicode, email support@metallicode.com with your order details.

We build most of our tools to run locally and keep your data on your own device wherever technically possible. If you have a specific privacy question about a product, get in touch and we'll answer directly.
